Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds for IPTV Panels or Subscriptions are only available when a valid issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase. Customers must provide proof of malfunction such as error screenshots or service failure details.

Once the panel or subscription has been activated and confirmed valid through our Receipt Verification Page, no refunds will be issued unless the service does not perform as described.

Partial refunds are not available. Customers are encouraged to test with an IPTV trial before purchasing a long-term subscription.
